Sebastian Zieliński is the Founder and CEO of AppsBow, a pioneering company he established in 2012. His mission has always been to redefine how industries approach training and knowledge transfer through immersive technologies.
With a dual background as a software engineer and 3D designer, Sebastian has delivered more than 100 projects. These include work for international brands, high-end commercials, and several projects in the game industry. His early career featured large-scale visualization projects, including Poland’s presidential election in 2005 and parliamentary elections in 2007.
At AppsBow, Sebastian is the visionary behind vReact, one of the first VR training systems for industrial companies worldwide. It was also the first in Europe. He authored the entire AppsBow portfolio, creating solutions trusted in industries where safety, precision, and efficiency are essential.
His work has appeared on TVP1 Teleexpress, TVP3 Panorama Lubelska, and in a documentary by Fundacja Platforma Przyszłości. These features highlighted vReact as an innovative industrial project that achieved commercial success. He has also spoken as a keynote lecturer at major events such as the IX Polish Chemistry Congress, Chemistry 4.0 Project Conference, Techco Forum, and RISK Innovation Technology. Institutions including the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry (PIPC) and PZU LAB organized these events.
Sebastian has contributed to industry thought leadership through publications like Gamification in the Industry – Learning Through Play, Seriously and Knowledge Transfer in Industrial Companies Through Virtual Reality. His innovations were also cited in scientific works, including Management and Information Technology: New Challenges (Warsaw University of Life Sciences Press, 2020). Academic research presented at the ACM Web3D 2020 Conference in Korea also referenced his work.
He believes traditional education is insufficient for today’s workforce. His mission is to revolutionize learning by making knowledge transfer faster, experiential, and more accurate. Under his leadership, AppsBow continues to push boundaries in VR training, digital twins, and industrial innovation.
